Yes. We source our matcha directly from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, and only carry authentic products from trusted Japanese tea producers.

Keep your matcha sealed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight, and moisture. If stored correctly, an unopened package can typically maintain its quality for around 6–8 months.

Once opened, refrigeration is optional but recommended to help preserve freshness. For the best flavor, we recommend enjoying your matcha within 1–2 months of opening.

Each variety has its own unique balance of sweetness, umami, astringency, mouthfeel, and intensity, creating a distinct tasting experience.

If you're new to matcha, Aoarashi is a great place to start. It offers a balanced flavor that's approachable while still showcasing the quality of authentic Japanese matcha.

We do our best to restock popular varieties whenever possible. If an item is currently unavailable, sign up for our email updates to be notified when it's back in stock.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders of $100 or more.

For orders under $100, we offer flat-rate shipping:
$10 to Alberta and British Columbia
$15 to all other Canadian provinces

At this time, we do not ship to the Canadian territories.

Matcha and other food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature and food safety reasons.

Eligible non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll be happy to make it right.
